Cedar Cladding on a highly commended development

Cedar cladding features on this ‘highly commended’ development from Francis Jackson Homes in Northamptonshire. Priors Hall Park is a new development “offering a perfect balance of well connected community, alongside landscaped green open spaces.”  

Developer Francis Jackson Homes is a family-owned firm, specialising in well-built traditional homes. Vastern Timber supplied Canadian cedar for this project, delivering a long lasting timber cladding with a crisp and contemporary appearance.  The cladding was supplied at 20mm x 145mm and the boards were machined to a bespoke profile designed specially for Francis Jackson homes.

These stunning homes are finished to a very high specification, including underfloor heating, air source heat pumps and powder coated aluminium windows. The project has been recognised for its high quality. The developers said “We are delighted to have been Highly Commended in 2020 Housebuilder Awards and shortlisted for the Central LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020 for this development.” 

The current phase of this development has sold out, but more are planned for the future.
